So, through Candor Advisory Group, we will do our best not to be engaged in representing any of our client’s most direct competitors while we are engaged in principle. At Candor, we want to ensure our clients are “treated as if we would like to be treated by others.” So, when we are representing our client’s utmost strategic interest in any major or strategic transaction, as long as we are engaged to represent our client, we will do our best to ensure that our client’s interest will be protected by foregoing any other opportunities to represent our client’s most direct competitors unless our client allows. Additionally, a strict confidentiality agreement will always be enforceable and “intact” at all times.
