As we have done it in the past, by being a “one-team” with our client company’s Senior & Middle Management Team, our goal is to realize such intended level of breakthrough and turnaround of a business and operation.     Candor PTI Consulting service is designed to help achieve those financial, operational and corporate goals post-Transaction. According to a recent HBS study, more than 80% of those corporations making strategic acquisitions have considered themselves to have a failure primarily due to their failure in integrating two operations, systems & people. So, we can’t emphasize enough how important this service can be for those corporations who have most successfully completed an acquisition or a merger or a strategic Joint Venture and yet they struggle to produce the desired operational and financial results that were expected. Instead, they see a dwindling performance post-transaction, the most talented and competent people leaving and only incompetent people staying. At Candor, we will do our best to help our clients evaluate & identify the root causes, beyond our papers & analyses.     Through our Due Diligence Consulting service, we can readily help our clients prepare a data room, for their management presentation, and also help them lead a due diligence session as a Seller. Also, we can work on behalf of a potential acquirer on a buyside to facilitate the overall challenge and burdens of having to “kick the tires” by asking many proven and highly experienced questions to identify and assess the potential risks that come along with purchasing a company, organization, system and assets. Given our many years of conducting due diligence, we can readily assist many companies of various sizes that have not done too many M&A transactions in the past.
  5. Candor Synergy Consulting
    Our Synergy Consulting service is offered to our clients to assess both qualitatively and quantitatively those potential values to be realized as part of a Divestiture, Acquisition, Merger, Partnership, Joint Venture or Joint Alliance. We will work with our client company’s management team “shoulder-to-shoulder” to analyze and assess those “hidden” and “unrealized” values that can be realized upon post-Transaction. By assessing such potential synergistic values as part of one’s purchase price in acquiring a business, we can readily assist our clients to ultimately become the winner in a competitive bidding process, which is a very typical process for many qualified and valuable assets and businesses.
