Mr. Armstrong is a Senior Advisor at Candor Partners. He has more than 27 years of MedTech Industry experience. He is a MedTech Industry veteran, having worked in 35 market domains. Mr. Armstrong is currently a VP of Quality & Compliance, DePuy Synthes Orthopedics at Johnson & Johnson, the world’s largest and most broadly-based Healthcare company, being accountable for “end-to-end” Q&C leadership for J&J MedTech. He was also VP of Robotics & Digital Solutions, MedTech Supply Chain Quality, and VP of Global Quality Operations (Medical Devices) at Johnson & Johnson. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, he worked as an SVP of Global Quality & Regulatory at Smiths Medical Inc. Mr. Armstrong has also worked as a Senior Director of Global Quality at Medtronic. He also worked at Guidant Corp. in Menlo Park, CA. Mr. Armstrong has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Washington, School of Medicine & College of Engineering.
